Credit applications. If you apply for financing, the application asks for sensitive details such as date of birth, employment, income, and Social Insurance Number. This information is used only to arrange financing: it is provided to the dealership and, at your direction, to financial institutions the dealership works with to process your application. It is handled with additional care and is never used for marketing.

Browsing information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are kept for security and troubleshooting. Cookies are used only for essential site functions such as remembering your session and language. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

The dealership is the organization accountable for your customer relationship and your information. Lot Ranger Inc. stores and processes the information as the dealership's service provider, on the dealership's instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes or for any other dealership's benefit.

Replies to your enquiry are sent because you asked. Any marketing messages are sent only with your consent, identify the sender, and include a working unsubscribe that is honoured promptly, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Access to systems is restricted, protected by authentication, encrypted in transit, and logged. If a breach of safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, affected individuals will be notified and the incident reported to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as feasible, as PIPEDA requires.
